Medicine not being delivered

Booked medicine order on Medlife app on 17 Sep Order iD OR8182VKB -001A

I made complete payment online.

Medlife shipped it through it E-Com Express AwB 8656 8428 09.


However for the past five days, the shipment is lying with Ecom local centre BUT it is showing COD order despite it being a pre-paid order as I made the payment in advance.

For last 5 days, I have been following up with both Medlife and Ecom.

Ecom Express says they are not receiving any email from Medlife to update the order as Prepaid and hence they can not deliver it without taking full money.

My medicines are stuck and this is mentally harassing to follow up Medlife as their executives have limited system access to take corrective action.

I request you to pls help me recover full MRP of the medicines from Medlife so that I can buy them from local market. Also, i want penalty for mental harassment and agony. Atleast 10,000 Rs.

Also, pls levy them with some big fines as they are doing this many customers and very often
