Kindly refer to my previous letter dated 17/06/2019 , where in I had communicated to you that the auction purchase of the plot no.C-2170,SUSHANT LOK-1,GURGAON,HARYANA-122002.,vide loan code GUR34654. in my favour by DHFL turned out to be a harassment as two more buyers have turned up and the so called clear title has turned out to be defective. You are requested to refund me the amount of Rs.77,00,000 RUPEES,INCLUDING THE REGISTRATION COST, as the auction sale was evidently illegal and without proper and legal clear title.

In the meanwhile till the auhtorities are investigating the matter , you are again requested not to release any payment to the borrower / defaulter Ms Sangeeta and her Husband shri Manish Kumar.
