I have order some product but delivered wrong product

I ordered an LED night lamp, but the company returned the power back for the wrong item.
I tried to find his contact number but still no contact number.
Overall this company is a fraud company, I request to Uttar Pradesh government please take immediate action, so that we can protect other people.
