My complain is against Gati packers & movers(GST NO:06CDNPA6145E1ZS) Address :Plot no 62 opp Huda nursery, Near Atul Kataria Chowk, Gurugram(mob 9953166700,9654953437)they collected all my goods and also my car from my rented residence Faridabad on 8.11.2019 for the delivery on my home address Dhemaji Assam.However, in the month of Jan 2020,they informed that our car had an accident and its front portion is completely damaged and they want us to use our car insurance.We lost trust on them so without informing them we reach the car destination and took the delivery by ourself, the car was in Siliguri service station.After that they told us that they will pay the amount which was paid by us from our pocket.But we know that they are not going to pay anything. We started chasing for our goods but they started giving excuses (mother dead, lockdown etc). one day (in the month of oct 2020)they sent us photograh that your goods are safe and we are about to load your goods.After that day they are not picking up our calls. We lost everything nothing has left with us not even clothes. We are middle class people.We shifted to our home because of family issues. We lost job too. Please someone help us in giving our goods back it has been more than 1 year. We are still struggling to ge our goods back.we have paid almost 33000 in advance.we are chasing them everydayand we have been harassed completely.Please help.
