1..I had shown interest on oxxy health plan through the web site
2.On 26 Dec2019 I received a call from oxxy health executive Ms Sneha Mob no 9599094023 and Mr Rajesh Mob No 7428295636 and was told to select oxy grey plan and was sent a payment link to Pay RS 11800. I paid Rs 11800 through Amazon pay. They told me that on the basis of promotion I will gate 80 percent discount on medical bill. Screen shot of payment done is attached for your reference.They told me that I will receive a verification call for further action.On 27 Dec 2019 I received a call from Person named Mr Dev Kundra who told me that he is HoD oxxy health and my file is with him ,he asked all the details and told me that I will convert this plan into cashless plan on the same cost because promotional offer is going on. He suggested me that Rs 11800 paid on 26 Dec2019 will be refunded to you and ask me to pay a fresh Rs 11800 through payment link sent by him . Based on his instruction I paid again Rs 11800 through amazon pay.
3. On the same day I asked about my refund of Rs 11800 paid on 26 Dec 2019.Mr Dev asked me to give the Bank account details for the refund.I gave the Bank details of ICICI Bangalore. He told me that he will sent me a payment link for payment. Payment link was sent by him in which amount shown for Payment was Rs29500. He told me that the amount will not be debited from ICICI bank however I will get Maintenance id which I have to share with him AND MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED TO ME. As per his instruction I filled up the payment link and processed for payment through ICICI bank BUT My account was debited for Rs 29500 and I did'nt get any maintenance id. I conveyed the same to him. But he told me that he will again sent the payment link and amount of Rs 11800 + Rs 29500 which was deducted earlier will refunded . which I declined since total amount of Rs 29500+11800 +11800 has been deducted from my account.
4.Initially I had slected Oxxy Grey plan however the oxxy health executive in the garb of promotional made me pay Rs 53100 which is fraudulent to the customer.
5.Sir I request you to look into my complain and refund me (Rs Rs 29500+11800 +11800 )= Rs 53100 which has been debited from my account due to wrong doing of oxxy health executive.Screen shot of various whatsapp chat and email received are attached for your necessary
