Fraud in buying Royal enfield from olx.

I saw a second hand bike(royal enfield) i took his number and called him. He told that he is an Army(SSB) person and shared him adhaar and id card pic. After he told me for paying 2500 for bike delivey which i paid, after that he shared me an vehicle transprort slip and told that bike will be delivered next morning at 10:30 am. Next day i got a call from a delivery agent stating that he is nearby place delivering other person thing and he will reach wothin 20-30 minutes and told me to pay 10,000 for clearance of delivery and told me that it is refundable. After some time he called me again and told to pay 12300 for clearing of formalities. Again he call me and told that previous transaction was wrongly went to some other person and told to pay agaim . Again after some he called and told to pay the full amount (50000) for clearing the deal. Again he told to pay 10000 for gst ,again he told to pay 17500 for renewing the time which was delayed . In this i lost Rs89000.Please help me any way possible.
