Fraud done through Instagram ads of cheap mobile

I have seen ads on Instagram of cheap rate mobile phones so I chat with seller and call the seller for the same he said that you have to pay half payment in advance. I want to order Galaxy note 8 which is of 15500 tell by the seller so first I paid RS 5000 through paytm (transaction id- 18961858346) & next he again call me & said that you should have to pay 3000 RS for order confirmation so I paid RS 3000 through paytm ( transaction id-18969570635) .
Then I call the seller for asking about order id and tracking id but he didn't receive a call.
So I want your help to get my money back.
