Fraud done by e-commerce website www.shoptohub.com

I have made online payment to Shoptohub Group (shoptohub.com) of Rs. 9999/- through PayU money on 26.04.2016 (Payment Id : 102590836, Merchant Trx id : 113983-102590836) and now 30 days passed but till date, no despatch intimation (Shipping details) of ordered products (i.e.Dell Laptop (Dell Inspiron 3542 Y561929HIN9 Core i5 and free combo gift along with membership for 8 years) has been received from shoptohub.com nor all the said products delivered to my address. I have made request to shoptohub.com through email many times regarding despatch of ordered products but they are not responded to my email.

Before making of online payment and placement of order for the said products (i.e.Dell Laptop (Dell Inspiron 3542 Y561929HIN9 Core i5 and free combo gift along with membership for 8 years), shoptohub.com executive Mr. Sameer Malhotra has committed over telephone that all the said genuine products will be delivered to my address within 4-5 days but the same has not been delivered nor any despatch intimation received from shoptohub.com till date. I have kept blind faith on shoptohub.com executive Mr. Sameer Malhotra and made the online payment of Rs. 9999/- through PayU money for all the said products on the basis of commitment of Mr. Sameer Malhotra. It is totally fraud and cheating online shopping website i.e. shoptohub.com Shoptohub Group have cheated me with the help of Mr. Sameer Malhotra and PayU money is also involved in this fraud because without PayU money this fraud is not possible for shoptohub.com. Shoptohub Group has fetched my hard money through the media PayU money. Mr. sameer Malhotra, shoptohub.com (Shoptohub Group) and payU money are equally involved in this fraud. Please help me for getting my money (Rs. 9999/-) refund back to me and take appropriate action to resolve my issue. Also help to stop this fraudulent practices adopted by shoptohub.com (Shoptohub Group) so that no other peoples of India will be cheated by them. I am enclosing payment proof for your record and further action please.
