I got trapped in fraud cases by a few people as they claimed as GBIC and HDFC employees.
This is to notify you that I have been a victim of fraud. This policy ID:20996808 has been sold to me by a person named Kapil Sachdeva 8860136338 who represented himself as a member of Governing Body of Insurance Council and sold me this policy by convincing me that I will receive the money of my current running policy with SBI Life as I m mot getting any profits in my current policy. Then He had processed my request
The concern is in the month of Dec 2018 Kapil had told my father that if you want to get your money back tell your daughter to get the HDFC life insurance policy. cost 94000
As per instruction is given by him, I have taken the policy he has assured that the money will get refund once you cancel your HDFC life policy.

I have told so many times to Kapil that the lock-in period is 30 days. he said that to wait, then on 28 April, I go call from Person name pooja 7289073153 she said I have taken your request and you will get the money back by 5 of May 2019. Every month she said the same thing, then in july she said that I cannot cancel your policy you have to email from your registered email address to get it canceled I did the policy got canceled but dint not received the money. when I have searched on internet I found that

Who cheat people by HDFC name its so sad. I have a salary account in HDFC and now I am scared whether my information is secured or not. one of the most trusted bank agents do that

I want this person to be traced and strict action to be taken against him so that he is not able to deceive people with the same tricks. Hoping for a positive response at the earliest.

When I Went to HDFC life policy Office to check Details I found that policy was sold by Thrid party company Name METIS Marketing company in Kriti Nagar and Agent who had sold this policy Her name is Payal Jasodia and Nitesh with Who I have never had any communication,
Even I have Found That my Signature was a mismatch, thus it proofs that I have not signed any document HOW your COmpany take policy against me when I don't even live i Pune

I want to get me this policy cancelled Else I will File complain against your company.
