Hi,
I have purchased 2 Kurties from Willora .com of amount Rs 990 on 5th May and my products were delivered on 11th May . Delivered product is totally different from the ordered one. I have been trying to contact Willora customer care team but mentioned/given number were continously switched off i.e. +91-7572801094 hence I have filed complaint online on 12th May on their website and sent mail on 13th May with the photo of received kurties and ordered kurties, even colour, design, fitting is not matching at all with specification mentioned in their website. I have sent 3 reminders via mail to them but there is no acknowledgment or revert till 20th May. On 20th May ,again I called to their customer care center and had a discussion with their executive at number 790853027, executive has asked my card detail CVV number and told that refund process will not be proceed without CVV number and he has also sent team viewer link and asked me to installed.Executive has insisted me to install team viewer and share my card detail and CVV again and again but I refused to do so.
On 20th May I have got reverted from Abhinav Shah, Willora team and he has have asked for product and courier detail images which have been shared with them within an hour. Post Abhinav's mail I did not get any revert from Willora team. Via mail I have sent 10 reminder to them but there is no revert on my mail
