Fortune park Vacation company has cheated me and I am sure they are cheating others also. They made several false promises during sales meet and made me member and took 1 lakh rs from me. They promise of providing luxury hotel rooms like Hyatt, Marriott, Radisson, Novotel, Le meridian. But actually they give Almost Oyo class of hotels. They don’t have aby other contact for grievance redressal. Sales team stopped picking up calls. They also declined on several other promises. They want to charge Rs 42000 as cancellation fees out of my already paid 1 lakh rs.
