I booked a order no CW0606195178106 on 6th jun at that time offer is going on u purchase more the 2500 rs though paytm then u got 1500 cashback on paytm within 24 hrs and 1000 money back will come after 14 days of post delivery. thay I booked and I got 1500 cashback on paytm after that I confirm to customer care then they told me yes u r eligible. after 1 week I confirm again through customer care I called 3 times all times I got some other information 1st one denied then I discussed then she told me ok u got money back and I told her to record yr voice for future reference then she duduct my call. after that I call then again one lady pickup call I told her same story they told me u r not elible for money back then I heard her colleague voice then she also cut my call then I again verify what is the problem then again one main pick up call and I told him same story then they told me if u follow terms and condition then u got money back then I told him u have all the data u just confirm me I m eleigible or not then he told me now I don't tell u regarding this after 14 days I will tell u. then I told him after 14 day u told me u r not eligble then I hv no option for cancellation of order. then I will suffer only. they told me I dnt do any thing finally I cancelled my order by my side because they don't clear my doubts. coolwink simply frauding in openly please take action against them I have all profs snap shot of offer. thanku
