I am very frustrated with my recent experience purchasing an Oneplus Two (64GB, Black) from online shopping site i.e. www.platinumshopp.com.

On 30/06/2016, I had ordered Oneplus Two (64GB,Black). However, it did not arrive within the stated time frame of 20 days. Now it has been more than a month but I have not received my product nor receive any intimation from their end. These people are not even bothered to reply my email. Their customer service team is giving always wrong information

I had paid Rs. 10,174/- of Mobile price on 30/06/2016 & Rs.8,750/- as a insurance for this item on 09/08/2016.

My order number is #92694071. I have also enclosed a copy of my payment details receipt & screen shot of website.
