Dear Sir,

My friend by name Shashikumara P, Phone no: 8105938230, transferred Rs 5000 to my Paytm Wallet, Transaction ID: 4612090997, but till now i didn’t received money, but money has been deducted from his wallet. I mailed my issue earliest to Paytm and from past 15 days i am continiously writing several mails and calling Paytm but in one of the mail Paytm replied that money transacted succesfully then where money has gone and till now i didnt got money, then also they didn't resolved i wasted so much time and money in calling Paytm and lost my mental patience too got tortured by Paytm. Please try to resolve the issue as soon as possible with compensation for what was happened to me from Paytm.

    Not return my money by paytm by S. Kar:

    Sir,
       With due respect, I am to state that I was trying to pay the cesc electricity bill of customer id being number 44000155758 on 25.12.2016 through PAYTM. And you promoting to pay the bill through PAYTM. The said payment was failed but Rs. 1202/- was deducted from my SBI savings account. The order number was 2460357512. And SBI txn no. 636020768547.
    After 15 days , the deducted amount has not been returned to my account. And amazing that the order no. 2460357512 was deleted from PAYTM account.I mailed to PAYTM customer care. But they have not contracting me.
    When I contracted SBI customer care executive, they apprised me that they are unable to help me to recover my money from PAYTM.
    Now, where I will go to get my money and why government is promoting that kind of wallet company.
