They Are 2 Incidents That Happen In The Last 3 Months, Firstly They Have Asked Extra Amount For Not Canceling My Flight And When I Checked It With The Airlines They Have Informed Me The Flight Is Not Canceled Yet And I'm Free To Board The Flight Since The Time Left To Reach The Airport Was Less I Had To Leave The Flight. Secondly, The Incident Happened Just Now, I Have Booked A Flight By Paying Extra Free Cancellation Charges On 23rd Feb For The Travel Date On 7th May, And Today I Have Requested Them To Confirm How Much Amount You Guys Are Going To Deduct For The Flight, They Are Just Refunding Rs.100 For 4200 Booked Flight. Please Note It Was Clearly Communicated Over The Website That Free Cancellation Will Refund Approx 3000+ Before 24 Hours Of Departure And My Flight Travel Date In 7th May (28 Days From Present Date). In Other Words, I'm Getting 100 For Paying Extra (Approx 420) For Free Cancellation.
