Company Neither delivered product nor returning money

I purchased platinum healthcare plan from Bharat Healthcare on April, 2017 by paying 11990 through my credit card. I was promised for 24 months interest free EMI which never happened. Also no kit delivered to me. When i asked to cancel my plan & return my money, company is not responding to me. One of their number which was used to sell product to me is out of service and customer support no. 9654198050 is swicthed off.I think i have been looted by this company.
