15000 rupees fraud from student as a security

I m sara MCA student PIE INFOCOMM ALIGANJ situated FRAUD COMPANY Doesnt refund my 15000 rupees even after 8month .....and warned me again n again that i nobody can do anything because they have strong political background.....i called them MR VIJAY director of pie they cut my call n sent me wague email that my money is not refunded .....i have each and every PROOF TO EXPOSE THEM.....I M A FRESHER STUDENT I WANT TO APPEAL PLEASE HELP ME TO EXPOSE THEM CUZ THEY ARE PLAYING WITH THE FUTURE OF SO MANY STUDENT BUT .....YOU CAN CHECK SO MANY PEOPLE DID COMPLAIN AGAINST THEM ....PLEASE TAKE ACTION ...THEY HAVE POWER BUT I.WANT TO SHOW THEM THE POWER OF OUR INDIAN CITIZEN RIGHTS
