Swiggy delivering rotten and hampered good and denying compensation

This isnt the first time, everytime i order food/packaged stuff from swiggy insta Mart, they tend to deliver expired, hampered, rotten or unhygienic food.
I assume it to be Instamart at around the areas of ECIL.

I've raised it to them yesterday regarding a purchased i made. The vegetables were rotten and mushy, the cold drink I ordered has its seal broken.

I've raised it with the online executives who later escalated to the Mart executives, the Mart executive has got back to me after 15hours and told me that they wouldn't compensate. I've all the proofs of communication and the images of the food I received.

I'm really not happy with what they did, it's my right to have good hygienic food and these online delivery guys are making ill use of their opportunity to delivery hygienic food.
