Swiggy is repeatedly cheating and charging money from me. First, few days back i ordered pasta from it. They gave me low quality stale food and when i complained to their customer service, they did not refund me the money. Second, during an order second time, there was a technical problem of company and they deducted my money but order was not placed. They did not give that money back, nor the order. Today, i ordered food again, it came with hair in it, i complained and they refused to give me the refund. They always close the chat and send a mail later on saying that they cannot give me the refund even when i send them photos. No refund was provided even after multiple mails and messages, instead they kept on cheating. I am very much fed up with this company, please sue it and i want my money back. They should be punished. Please help.
