Over charging - I ordered 4 subway under 1+1 scheme on World sandwich day on the 2nd of November 201

I ordered 4 subway under 1+1 scheme on World sandwich day on the 2nd of November 2018 on line through Swiggy. According to the offer widely advertised by Subway I should have been charged only for 2 Subs but instead was made to pay Rs.608 cash on delivery , the price for four subs and the delivery guy purposely hid the bill. Despite availing the offer we were charged for all four. This is cheating with clear fraudulent intentions. I want a refund for my money.
