No Manufacturing and Expiry date on packet.

I have a complaint regarding Avon Bun pack which is Mfg by : Sellers Bakery, Add. 44-C, H Sector, Industrial Area, Govindpura, Bhopal. There is no Manufacturing and Expiry date on the Bun packet, I told to distributing hawkers they both said that the packet always does not have these dates then I called to the given contact no. on the packet 2-3 employees of them did not respond properly and cut the call.
A food packet must have an Expiry date on the packet.
