Lakshmi Nashta House, Running Street Side food Shop at Dashrath gam, opp. GSFC feryilizer Nagar, Before H.P. Petrol Pump on N.H.8, we given him food order to served govt. employees, on his Promise that he will supply hygine , quality branded foods to us, but when our Food Safety Management
sept. Officer inspect his shop on 7th july, he seen that he made the food with road side small hutt, anoutharised constructed area, full of dust of national highway 8 and pollution material mixed and touch his very bad open kitchen, and material he used , is fully Non branded and lowest quality oil and grocery are open with cockroach and dirty spices are on floor openly, immediayely we notice to Laxmi Nashta House to stop the supply immediately, and our Food Saftey Management officer Recommended to BLACK LIST to Lakshmi Nashta House , dashrath, Baroda, when our Inspection and food safety officer ask Lakshmi Nashta House for his Foods Safety Management Certification, Hygine Prepration Documents, his owner, Chetan Rajpurohit said, we have set up with govt. Department, so no one ask, and mr. Chetan Rajpurohit said, that same without documents , he served lots of Govt. Department and Going to Take GSFC and GGRC Tender, he also on spot threatened to our officer and incharge wotking under govt. Contract, that if we complaint against his , than he will kidnapped to rajasthan and killed,
We request to concerned regional Gujarat Caterers Association, Baroda Contractor Assoxiation and concerned department to enquire immediate against Laxmi Nashta House and immediately Black Lust and closed them,
