Delay in getting food for patient - Manipal Hospital Varthur

This complain is for Manipal Hospital Varthur Catering
After ordering food patients are waiting approx an hour of food.
After confronting them, they make some lame fake excuses like lift was not working ( I got to know they were lying upon checking).
Preference has been given to people who are ordering in cafeteria.

Please do the needful as it is not good for patients health.
