The 'Mad over Donuts' outlet on JM Road, Pune charged us 12 Rs as VAT on each donut. Now I am not much aware of it, but I think any tax is charged on the whole bill and NOT on each item you eat.

On asking for a bill, they refused to give us ANY BILL WHATSOEVER. Did not even give us the breakup of the bill in writing.

Very rude too.

    Tlwe had been to MOD outlet in Growel mall, Kanfivli East yesterday. While waiting for our turn in the queue, a lady walked in and straight away placed her order to the staff, Pankaj without waiting in the queue. Pankaj catered to this lady by overlooking us. When questioned, he started arguing rudely and did not care to admit his folly. He was unstructured and arrogant, there by irating us further. When I asked him for his Manager, he said that we will need to wait outside as his Manager is in the washroom
