waited almost 120 days but only 7rs has been refunded,while i am eligible for full refund

only 7rs refund instead of full refund amounting rs4265 from flipkart
Value: the ticket costed 4265s rs, but the mental torture i suffered by contacting flipkart again and again i demand full refund and suitable monetary condition

IT has been more than 115 days, i was promised and i am eligible for full refund according to DGCA policy of cancellation under 24 hrs.this is validated by mail by the airline .
i booked flight of airindia for my mother REKHA RAI from flipkart for patna to mumbai on 15th march 2021 ,airindia eticket number:0984722463809

only deadlines are given whenever asked about update and none of the deadlines are fulfilled till date.
Refund application was asked to raise from flipkart to claim full amount, i have shared all the proof to the flipkart through mail on 30th april 2021and they validated that too.
and they raised the (RA)refund application after 2 months delay ,RA number: 4001129387
and i was asked to wait 15-30 days from date 13th june 2021, but now flipkart is saying the RA is expired and they are raising new one and i have to wait 120 days more.
the question is when i am eligible for full refund then why i am asked to wait for 240 days and yet 7rs only is refunded against 4265rs.
this is mental torture and completly unprofessional behaviour from flipkart travel.
