Refunded only half the money twice

My cancelled lockdown flight ticket and recent cancelled flight ticket only half money is refunded by MMMT. Flight has given full refund to them and they are lying that flight has not. Thay don't respond in mail. No customer representative available. Only messages where one can't reply.
