Need Refund for Cancellation of ticket

I booked Indigo Airticket with EasyRewards For Indore to Goa on 19/04/2020 but due COVID Outbreak ,as per govt.advisery cancelled all the booked flight tickets.
I had contact many times to Your customer care , Indigo customer care for reimbursement of my booked ticket amount.
But didnt get any satisfactory reply from your side.
So please reimburse my cancelled flight tickets amount as soon as possible.
Otherwise i will go for further action against the same.
I didnt required Any type of credit voucher or anything else.
I want only my total amount of cancelled tickets.
