misbehaveing with customer

I visited their shop for buying daily consumeable and by mistake i hit on the dustbin outside the shop ,the shopkeeper asked me to clean and put the dustbin at right place. i ownestly kept the dustbin at right place but due to covid 19 i refused to clean the floor .. but the shopkeeper started misbehaving and abusing me and started talking very rudely . he also said about my father i want serious action to be taken....as soon as possible
