Regarding refund of amount Rs 9030/- in r/o pnr no 6353091613

This mail is after losing belief on Goibibo for getting refund despite repeated requests and complaints.

It is submitted that i booked a ticket from jasidih to New delhi for 25 july 2021 with a PNR no 6353091613. However train got diverted from scheduled date and i was unable to travel. Consequently a TDR was raised by me but till today refund has not been received in my account.

In view of the above enquiries were made at care@irctc.in and according to IRCTC amount has been refunded to GoIbibo on 12 Nov 2021 and asked to consult Goibibo.

Therefore my humble request to you that please refund the said amount for my convenience and show integrity and professionalism in business
