I have ordered safari trolley bag combo and i got only 1 trolley bag inside, inside the first trolley bag, there was no other trolley bag. I filed a request to return but it got rejected 3 times. No one even asked pictures of the baggage.
I just got the reason citing that courier partner has confirmed the package was intact but the packaging was tampered. I wasn't available when receiving the package.
