Dear RD Team

i am regular reader of RD for many years; this year i have re-subscribed the magazine on 8th November 2022 and paid Rs 1699/- for 2 tears subscription.

Despite several call to your Noida Office, i am yet to receive the Nov issue even; forget the so-called gift attached with the Offer.

Strangely, your accounts deptt confirmed receiving of Rs 1699/- on 8th December 2022 and have been advised to file written complaint.

pl send Nov 22 issue immediately; else no other option except to go to consumer court.
