This is Girish Kharat from Nashik., 9049994235 / 7588039835.
On 24th August 2017 I did some shopping from
Shoppers Stop Ltd, Viviana Mall, Thane GSTIN : 27AABCS4383A1ZL.
They Charge me GST on MRP.,
As per my knowledge MRP is meaned as Maximum Retail Price and all taxes are included in it., then how can they collect extra taxes from their customers like this.
One more thing at Viviana Mall happened with me, there is the rule reserve some area from your any shopping complex if you going to construct for the visitors/customers in free of cost then how can they charge parking allowances also ?
