Security guard Sunil kumar in hopeform channasandra metro misguided me by showing wrong way in Bangalore metro. Spoke with metro supervisor Rajkumar. He ignored the issue. After background verification got information that he has done before with other passengers and no action taken as supervisor is his roommate.
When he don't have knowledge on metro routes and he is misguiding passenger than y he getting paid ? Just because supervisor is his roommate no action taken against him. This is negligence
