Complaint against OYO rooms for struggling for Refund

I have booked OYO 13701 Exotic 3 BHK in Dharmshala (Booking No NVQC6934) for 4 adult and 4 Children on 06 May 2019 , just one day before property owner called me and asked 1200 Rs extra illegally hence, I called customer care ( Mr.NAVEEN) and told him to short it out this matter and after one & half hour I got the confirmation from (Surender ) that they have spoken with the owner and matter is shorted out , you can check in and no need to pay anything extra to the owner.

Now, When we checked in on 06/may/2019 around 19:30 , again Owner was asking for extra money and not allowed us property and behaved rudely so again I called OYO CC ( Mr.Ashish) and asking for shifting to another property but instead of shifting us OYO Sr. Executive Miss.Shampa Roy told us to book new hotel with same detail .

After travelling from Manali ,almost 10 hrs journey we were tired physically and mentally but OYO didn't understand our situation and also not help us for shifting, rather just saying we will refund you booking amount withing 7 to 14 days and spoils our vacation mood.

Since then, daily I am calling OYO for my refund ( Rs.3971) and daily they transfer my call to their senior team to check the status but every time after holding 30 min call got disconnected automatically and it never gone through to their Sr.team.

Please help me to get my refund with compensation for physically mentally harassment for me and my family and also spoiling for our vacation.
