I would like to raise a complaint against M/s Lalrin Electronic supplier i had inquired about play station 4 on olx site. From this one of supplier with contact no. 7305774839 contacted me on my mobile on 12\09\18 and introduced himself as a name of satya immediately after the call I got sms from 8531916348 to discuss on WhatsApp.

So we had discussion on WhatsApp. Copy of the chat is as attached.

As you can see that I have made the complete payment of 25000 on 13.09.2018 and still supplier has not delivered the item. Instead supplier keep on demanding more money with some excuses.

Payment receipt made from my bank is also attached with the bank statement. We had agreement of 50% payment on order booking and balance after delivery of the product so I paid 10000 rupees on 13\09\2018 through the UPI application on account 6648148494 IFSC code: IDIB000D048 NAME: Lalrem Electronics. Copy of the receipt is attached for the same.

On 13.09.18 18:00, supplier called me by saying airport authority is asking for money as bill is on your name so you pay me 15000/-. He was selling Sony Play Station Pro for 22000/- and he told he will return 3000/- in cash with product at the time of delivery and he convince me for the same and I paid another 15000 rupee through my UPI application.

After 30 minute he demanded another 6500/- saying airport authority is still asking more money if you can send the money which I denied as I have already made the excess payment and I realized that I am being fraud I have recorded his call for the further reference.
I request him to return my money back over the telephonic conversation and the person politely told me that he will refund my money within 2 days and he asked my bank account details I have given my bank account details on the same day but I have not received my money back and I tried to call him multiple time but he is not responding on call, WhatsApp even on SMS.

Now I would like to file a formal complaint against M/s Lalrin Electronic supplier (Satya) .

I therefore request you to kindly investigate the matter regarding 25000 rupees fraud I shall be grateful for your early action in helping me to trace the CON and recover my hard-earned money.

I will be deeply grateful to you for your help.

    Luckily I escaped because of this post.i search for a product in IndiaMART after few days I got contacted in WhatsApp that he will provide the product at very cheap price he was chatting like nonsense that "send money within 2 minutes and get delivery within 2 hours".I was shocked by this that how could this possible I am in Odisha and his so called fake office in mumbai.i got to know this and played a trick with that I have send 50000 RS to his account.and thus the fool got fooled.and I escaped but this fraud must be published
