My mobile number (7592858459) is used by another person to buy tickets. He created a user id and password with my number. As a result i can't create a user id mith my number. He is using my mobile number to buy tickets on the official application of Indian railway -irctc. When he buy ticket the ticket details has been recieved to my number. I was requesting to help me with this issue and i hope that ican buy ticket from my number
