I had placed an order on 4th April from Miracas online.It is still not delivered.I want it to be cancelled and my money to be refunded ASAP.

    It has been two months that I place order on Miracas website and till date no sign of delivery, Their customer care number does not work, Automated response for e-mails and they don't bother to let us know what is the status of the order, delivery date or even accessible.

    This complaint against Miracas international website explaining my experience with the website. I can't tell you how cheated and betrayed I feel. I had placed my order (ORDER #163987
    Smart Slim Fit Single Buttoned Blazer) on the 2nd April and it was expected to be delivered. It was for a very dear occasion for which I had ordered that. First of all the order never reached me on time. It's 15th may today and the status of the order is still the same. The website says some custom issue but even that is giving a TAT of 2-5 days. It has been more than a month and the message is still the same. I keep trying your customer care number which is never ever available (true me on this I've tried it 20 times). I don't know what to expect now and I've lost my money. I want a refund now. Kindly assist me in getting back what was mine. Get the fraudsters behind the bars.
