INO SERVICES named company provided vacancg for part time home based job in which i showed interest. I contacted the company and they instantly sebd me an e-mail regarding the work but there was no complete information about the work and the other company involved they said its a foreign company for which INO SERVICES provides filing of online forms through home based part time job.
As i logged in to the website using the username and password given to me after opening a few forms i doubted whether the information provided was true or not so i demanded for the source of that infirmation that they provided to be filled in the forms on the next day i started working, the lady who assigned me the work named Isha Mathur, told me that if i want to do the work than i can and if i don't want to do that i can leave and hanged up the call.
After that i never received any call from the company. But Eventually after around 20 days, i received a call from som man who was pretending to be an advocate hired by the company. He started asking for money. Firstly he said i have to pay 5200/- the next day he asked for 7000/-. He also said that he will file a case against me for 'comdempt of court' then i will have to pay upto Rs. 50 lakh to that conpany. When i argued with him an d said that i will file a vase againt him for not disclosing facts and asking money then he said ' tumhari aukaat nhi hai'. No one related to a company or any advocate (real) would speak like this! Many complaints already have also been registered regarding this company for fraud by different people from different places.
Now i received a text message that they have send a legal notice that will be pisted to my home address in two days. Plz help me and tell me what should I do.
