I AM ANAND PRIYANSHU,I had got a call from Digital Services for ONLINE HOME BASE DATA ENTRY WORK ON 20th NOV.THEY TOLD ME TO GIVE AADHAR CARD.I HAVE TAKEN A PROJECT (FORM FILLING HOME BASED WORK)FROM Digital Services,THEY SEND ME A LINK FOR DOWNLOADING A APPLICATION (APPLICATION NAME IS DIGIDOCS).APPLICATION LINK-https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.digitalagreement.digidocs),AFTER DOWNLOADING THIS APP.
THEY TOLD ME TO ENTER OTP. ITS ALL DIGITALLY DONE ON ANDROID SMARTPHONE.AFTER THIS THEY SEND ME A AGREEMENT SOFT COPY ON MY EMAIL.WEBSITE WHERE I WORK http://www.worksfromhome.in/Default.aspx .WHEN I CHECK THIS AGREEMENT THERE IS NO. COMPANY'S REGD. NO.,PAN NO.,GST NO.,REGD.ADDRESS,AND MY NAME SHOW ON THIS AGREEMENT.ACCORDING TO THIS AGREEMENT THEY GIVE ME 1000 FOREIGN COUNTRIES FORM,THESE FORM SUBMITTED BY ME WITHIN 10DAYS. I HAD COMPLETED MY TASK IN 10 DAYS AND SUBMIT AT 30TH NOV. AFTER ONE DAY THEY HAD MESSAGE ME THAT YOUR QUALITY CONTROL IS FAIL .TILL 4-5 DAYS COMAPNY HAD NOT CONTACT TO ME.AT 4TH DEC AN ADVOCATE M PATEL(2203/2016) OF THEIR LEGAL DEPARTEMENT HAD CALL AND THEY TOLD YOU HAD TO PAY RS 8000 OTHERWISE WE WILL SEND YOU LEGAL NOTICE.THEY SEND ME A SOFT COPY OF LEGAL NOTICE TO MY MAIL ADDRESS.ADVOCATE NAME M.PATEL(MOBILE NO:8956019395),ENROLLMENT NO. 2203/2016 AND S B DESHMUKH ENROLLMENT ID(2506/05)
.THEY PRESSURISE TO ME FOR DEPOSITING THE SAME AMOUNT IN THEIR BANK A/C.AFTER ONE DAY HE HAD TOLD ME TO PAY 13000 AND ANOTHER DAY 35000.THEY THREATENED ME I HAD FEED UP IPC 72,73,74,402,420. THEY TORTURER ALL THESE PEOPLE WHO INNOCENTLY SIGN THEIR AGREEMENT,SO I REQUESTED TO YOU PLS TAKE ACTION AGAINST DIGITAL SERVICES,LATUR,MAHARASTRA.AND RELATED PEOPLE WHO INVOLVED IN THIS SCAM.THEY ARE DAILY CALLING ME,MESSEAGE ME AND AFRAID ME.DEAR SIR I BELONGS TO A POOR FAMILY SO I AM NOT ABLE TO PAY 35000/-AS COMPENSATION THEY DEMAND.PLEASE TAKE ACTION TO THIS SCAM.THANK YOU

    The same situation is happens with me, I have also asked from where is this company. They replied that in Maharashtra but when they send notice he has mentioned it's office at Tamilnadu. I have also requested him to send all the details through official mail but they do not send. Sir, we are trying to do this type of work due to lack of money and not getting any job. if we have money why will I do this kind of work.
    Pls help us. I am not able to pay any amount.
