I had filed a complaint regarding my grievance in June. Initially before I had paid the fees and filed it they used to call me 3 times a day assuring the case would be resolved definitely. After paying the fees they initially stopped picking up my calls. Then they said system is under maintenance and even now all they state if under process. That too when I ask them regularly. Before filing the complaint, they stated that they would themselves regularly update me with the status. They barely reply now. All they were concerned about was duping the customers of their fees. Extremely irritated. It's not about the money, it's about how they charge it for nothing and dupe a large number of people and hence should be stopped.
