Fraud call from ICICI bank and we are offering a discount card from Transdeal

i have received the call from saying we are from ICICI bank and we are offering a discount card from Transdeal and they were speaking with me over phone regarding card benefits and suddenly the ammount Rs.5,500 got deducted from my ICICI credit card without my confirmation they have activated the deal. now i want my money back but they are not giving any feedback.
