Fraud by ACE Tractor Dealer

This is to inform you that there is one issue I am facing with your dealer (JP Tractor Karhal) which is stated below-:



i bought a tractor from your dealer in 2012 and after selling the same have planned to buy a new tractor from the dealer and have submitted payment 265000/ against the advance payment of tractor and that time he has provided us an old ACE 450 Demo tractor to me to use the same till the time. This tractor was having oil burning issue after using few days have noticed the same and contact him he told me that it is under warranty and will do the needful please send the same at my shop due to unavailability of any one at my home have asked him to pick the same from my home and he picked the same. While I asked him where is this he told me that have send the same for repair in company will give you once it back or will provide me another New one within few days. After waiting a month he told me that I have booked a new tractor for you and will provide the same in coming safai mail in few days. I have again waited for some days to get the same but again he has refused and asked there is some problem coming in ACE internal team that’s why I am unable to provide you tractor you may take your money back . I said ok give me he again kept me waiting for 30 days and not provided cash. Later on he has issued on AC pay cheque in favor of me amount of 240000/ and asked rest he will pay cash. Have tried the same in bank but bank has dishonored the cheque with reason of insufficient balance. Now I am connecting him again and again and he is giving excuse please wait wait have waited on his request from 13th jan to till that still I have not got any satisfactory answer from him. As per him he has submitted the same amount to your company but company is not tacking back

    AC ट्रेक्टर हमने पिछले साल जनवरी में खरीदा था तो मैं लगातार खराबी आ रही है एजेंसी वालों को बार-बार कहने के बावजूद कोई सुनवाई नहीं कर रहे हैं हम चाहते हैं इसका पंपसेट बदल दिया जाए या ठीक किया जाए खेती का सीजन हमें बहुत परेशानी हो रही है आपसे अनुरोध है कि हमारी समस्या का हल निकाला जाए ताकि हम अपना खेती का कार्य कर सकें परंतु एजेंसी वाले हमारी कोई सुनवाई नहीं कर रहे हैं हमारी एजेंसी सिरसा हरियाणा में लगती है प्लीज हमारी मदद कीजिए

    AC ट्रेक्टर का पंप सही काम नहीं कर रहा है काफी दिनों से एजेंसी वालों को कहां रखा है वह आकर देख नहीं रहे हैं ना ही ठीक कर रहे हैं आपसे अनुरोध है ठीक करवाने का कष्ट करें धन्यवाद
