Had applied for online job, got message from executive of scarlet for data entry job, I send her my details with address proof and sign with photo. Got verification call for username and password. executive told me that she will call next day for work start.But did not received cll.after 20 days Today got a call from lawyer Meenakshi shah regarding not submitting project in time. Informed me to pay 5900 so FIR wont be filed on urgent bases. As soon as I paid 5900 I got mail That FIR Is filed and pay 35750 in 15 mins.As I refused legal notice was passed in half hr for 245000.In agreement it was not mentioned regarding FIR only maintancenamount was mentioned.
