Hi, I would like to log a complaint against a recruitment company registered as Marcus Recruitment Services Private Limited in Nirman Vihar. They call people and tell them that we can align an interview for you in reputed companies like Accenture, TCS, etc. Then their head, who is a lady takes introduction and then makes a fake call to someone showing that she is actually having a call with an HR and also have you talk to a person who asks questions like a professional HR. After that they say that you are selected and will align you for further rounds.
After that they ask for real thing, which is MONEY and tell you that we only take 2500/- for registration purpose and further they will take 8500/- which they said, will be refunded back in 3 installments once you join and complete 3 months.
They had me sign a document on their letter head with all details and money they have taken.
They made me wait for 3-4 months and in that tenure, they keep on saying that company HR is not available, date of new batches changed etc. But never aligned any interview.
After 3 months when I asked for my money, they simply said that we will do it in few days. They keep on giving me new dates and not returning my money in full. Also, the main women who initially promised me that she is approachable and I can contact her for any issues, never answers the call and her assistant, some Mr. Khan answers it and giving blunt and fake promises that money will be refunded soon. I need your help to get me my money ASAP and sack these buggers at the earliest possible.

    Now they have made the new company namely Innovation Manpower Services Pvt. Ltd. by the same person Suhaib Athar (how is the owner of the aforesaid company).

    They are still making fraud calls and calling for the amount of Rs. 4000/-.
