Fake Company _ Money Lost

Saree ad appeared on Instagram. I clicked on the ad link, A new web page open Then i ordered one saree from that page and on 8th Aug 2020 i got email for the order confirmation with .order no. 14645, and after 2 days on 10th Aug 2020 I got another email stating my order no. 14645 is shipped. but till date i have not received any shipment. then i email them for asking my order status but there is no reply from there side. but no reply from their side. During this all i have lost my rs. 399.00 as it is order value. Pls support and guide me what should i do now to recover my money.
