Ecommerce Banking Department Claim for 850000/-

I got a Call in January 2017 stating that I received 2nd prize in a contest, a i10 car. I paid about 2500 for entering the contest, it was from UNIVERSE SHOPPIE. But when they asked me to pay more 60000 for Registration and some other stuff, it sound fishy and created an suspicion in my mind and I denied to pay .

Now after 4 months, I started getting calls from Ecommerce Banking Department from Delhi saying that instead of an i10 car they will be giving same amount to me, i.e., 850000/-.

They said I just have to pay 5000 for KYC and 10000 Taxation after which they will credit the amount in my Bank Acc through NEFT. I am done with all my work yesterday morning. I paid them 15000 as was said to me. But they have started ignoring my calls. Sometimes they say having lunch or in a meeting but they dont revert back. Today in morning I called up again asking for UTR number of NEFT trasaction made by them (if they would have) but they still manage to escape by saying that the person workin in Acc. Department havent yet came. Once he will come they will let me know in an hour.

From 10.30 to 6.00 I called their all number for about more the 20 times but still they didn't picked up.
