We have received an ordered of Electric Mosquito and Insect Killer Night Lamp - BOGO on 25 Nov.
We use it on 26 Nov and found that this machine was not working.So we lodged a complaint of this machine on 27 night that machine is not working properly.
But naaptol representative told us that product is out of warranty and they told us that at the time of booking this product,the representative informed you about the warranty.
I informed that no one informed about the warranty and I have the recording what we discuss in that call.
So they told me that our senior person will call you in next 48 hrs but no call received from naaptol side.
Again we called to naaptol and he also informed me same robotic language that we are sorry, it is out of warranty.I also informed him no one informed us regarding the warranty. Also he provide us 200rs vouchers with that machine but I refused why I take this machine when it is not working.so he lodged our complaint.The complaint number is 46238479.

But again 48 hrs no call received form naaptol so I again called there and the representative of naaptol transferred the call to their senior levels Mr Deepak , he listen our compaint and told us how to use this machine and same robotic language use sorry we cannot help and cut the call.
When we called again so new senior level Mr Vikas Sharma listens and told us that it is out of warranty.I told him that no one informed us about this warranty,no warranty card was there and I also had a recording when I order the product.In this call ,no information was provided related to products.So he cuts the call again.

So I want to know that this is the support provided by naaptol.I think people's of naaptol here only to sell cheap and damage products and earn money.
