Complaint against shine regarding taken 23000/- of my money through fraud call

On November 1st of 2020 I received a call from shine.com regarding the job opportunity so after that they asked me to pay for the registration fee of 49 rupees after logging into the website of shine.com then the deducted and amount of 9014 rupees twice and then an amount of 4049 again India website I entered my debit card details for the registration fee so they deducted nearly an amount of 23000 without any reason so please do the needful
