company not updating my 3499 rupees in portal

pay2point is a company which is online service providing ,money transfer Aeps service ,mobile rechage,pan ,flight ticket ,train ticket services,
they called me many time and tell me about services of company ,they told me that u can be distruber of company ,they convinced me after that they told me that an amount of Rs 3499 will be debited from account and credited to your pay2point wallet ballance after 10 minute when user ID and password generate,
they give me user id and password to login in pay2point portal ,but my wallet is showing 00 rupees,i called many time to add 3499 amount in wallet,but they not credited 3499 amount,
