Company closed while we have cash coupouns

Fake Company Complaint Complaint Date: November 8, 2019
I have order from shopcj, they send me order with wrong size; I returned the product they issued cash coupon against my order : but when I called them to book my order their phone number showing invalid: and there is no response when I mailed them. Pls help
